These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoachLytix ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a CoachLytix account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful coaching-related purposes. You must not:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the player data, lesson notes, attachments, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content").
You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store player information, including any required consents.
Subscriptions and Billing
CoachLytix offers Free and Pro subscription plans. Plan features and limits are described on our website and in your account settings.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are charged in accordance with the plan selected at checkout.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or manage your subscription through Settings → Billing or the billing portal provided by our payment processor.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
Free Plan Limits
The Free plan includes usage limits such as a maximum number of players and attachment restrictions. If you downgrade from Pro to Free and exceed Free plan limits, you may need to reduce your usage to continue using the Service.
Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Account deletion permanently removes your data subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
CoachLytix is a coaching organisation tool. We do not provide golf instruction, professional advice, or guarantees about player outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoachLytix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100 if you are on the Free plan.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
